Add name to Scrub

This option is for adding your name to a scrub top.  Previously worn scrub top MUST be freshly laundered ahead of pickup.  Once purchased you will receive an email within 24 hrs to arrange a pickup day and confirm name to be embroidered.  Once picked up your order will be returned with 1 week.
