BB Attire - Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By placing an order with BB Attire, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms may be subject to change without notice, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
2. Order Placement:
All orders are considered final once payment is received.
Custom apparel and promotional items are made to order based on your specifications.
3. Product Description and Sizing:
It is your responsibility to carefully review product descriptions and sizing charts before placing an order.
BB Attire is not responsible for inaccuracies in product descriptions or sizing issues resulting from customer oversight.
4. All Sales Are Final:
Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items once they have been produced.
5. Damaged Items and Decoration:
BB Attire stands behind the quality of our products and the craftsmanship of our decorations.
In the event that you receive damaged items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Damaged items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
6. Returns and Refunds:
Returns and refunds will only be considered for damaged items, and approval is at the discretion of BB Attire.
Any approved refunds will be processed within 7 days.
7. Cancellation Policy:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the production process.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hrs of placing the order.
8. Order fulfillment time on most product is 2 weeks from purchase date.
